Bosstick said she keeps her phone off until about 11 a.m., using the early hours for meditation, a walk with her baby, getting her children ready, breakfast and a 9:30 a.m. workout.
By 11 a.m., the 40-year-old founder is in the office for back-to-back meetings, writing and strategy work, with podcast recording sessions sometimes running two to six hours.
She said AI is now part of that workflow, used daily to pressure-test ideas, challenge assumptions, research and surface blind spots rather than replace her own judgment.
The routine reflects a business she started as a blog in 2011, monetized in 2014 and expanded with a clean beauty brand in 2021, while balancing life as a mother of three in Austin.
Her day ends with limited screens, family dinner, children in bed around 7 p.m., reading on a Kindle and sleep by 9:30 p.m.—a structure she says supports both work and family.
