A man in his mid-30s was killed around 10 a.m. Wednesday after heavy machinery fell on him at a construction site in northwest El Paso.
El Paso police said the death happened on Paseo del Norte between Northern Pass Drive and Canyon Wren Avenue, where the Crime Against Persons unit opened an investigation.
OSHA investigators and the medical examiner also responded, and a tow truck later moved a construction vehicle from the site.
