Acer Unveils €899 Predator X32 V3 4K OLED Monitor as European PC Sales Cool

Acer’s new Predator X32 V3 is a 31.5-inch 4K QD-OLED monitor with a 180 Hz refresh rate, priced at €899 and scheduled to reach stores in Q1 2027.
The display targets both professional and gaming users with 99% DCI-P3 color coverage, 0.03 ms response time, DisplayHDR True Black 400, and USB-C connectivity with 20 W power delivery.
Alienware has also launched a rival 32-inch tandem QD-OLED model at $699 with 165 Hz refresh and Dolby Vision, while offering a three-year burn-in warranty on key OLED screens.
That premium monitor push contrasts with weakening European PC demand: Context said Q2 2026 channel revenue rose 11%, but unit shipments fell 1.3%.
Q4 sell-through is expected to deteriorate further, with notebook volumes projected to drop 20.2% and desktops 29% as excess inventory and AI-driven chip shortages lift prices.
