Testimony at preliminary hearings in Bellefonte traced the alleged Penn State cocaine trade from 100-gram buys to repeated 1-kilogram purchases, with prosecutors saying five defendants were part of a 14-person ring.
Thomas Robinson testified he and Mohammed Huraibi bought cocaine from Agostino Abbatiello starting in 2023, broke it down in a fraternity room and sold half-gram bags for about $80, including a 500-gram deal for roughly $22,000.
Huraibi said fraternity pledges later helped package the drugs, while another witness, Lars Zeepvat, testified Abbatiello stored cocaine in fraternity houses and once delivered a bag he said held about 400 grams.
A separate hearing focused on a safe allegedly moved after Thomas Robinson’s 2024 arrest; a judge let evidence-tampering charges against Paul Robinson proceed, though his lawyer disputed what he knew was inside.
Abbatiello, described by prosecutors as the operation’s top dealer, received $250,000 secured bail after previously being held without bail; the allegations remain unproven ahead of trial.
