Summary
September 9 is shaping up as Apple’s first keynote under new CEO John Ternus, with rumors pointing to at least six product launches at Apple Park in Cupertino.
The foldable iPhone—widely tipped as the biggest reveal—could pair 5.5-inch and 7.8-inch displays with an A20 Pro chip, Touch ID power button, dual batteries and a more repairable design.
iPhone 18 Pro models are expected to keep the current design but add a 2nm A20 Pro chip, 12GB RAM, 256GB base storage and 5G satellite internet; the Pro Max may also get a larger battery and variable-aperture camera.
Apple Watch Series 12 and Ultra 4 are rumored to gain a new chip, better battery life and expanded health features, while AirPods 5 may arrive in two versions, including one with active noise cancellation.
The event starts at 10 a.m. Pacific on September 9 and will stream on Apple’s website, YouTube and the Apple TV app.
