Huawei is prioritizing a brighter, more premium flagship experience with richer smartwatch features, eSIM options in some versions, expanded health sensing, and the upgraded X-Tap system. Those features generally consume more power than the lighter-duty approach used in the GT line, where Huawei often advertises multi-week battery life. So for Huawei fans expecting “legendary” endurance in the sense of 10 to 14 days or more in normal mode, the Watch 6 may feel like a step down. For buyers comparing it with full-featured premium smartwatches, though, 4.5 days remains competitive and notably better than many rivals that still require near-daily charging.
