The March procedure involved 40 milliliters of hyaluronic acid and lidocaine injected into his penis during a trip with his wife Danielle Simba Allen.
Chest pain struck after the operation while he was out for a massage; Ubiribo then collapsed twice and was taken to a local hospital.
Doctors performed CPR for more than 100 minutes, but he died of complications on March 6 at age 43.
An inquest at Inner West London Coroners’ Court confirmed the cause months after his London funeral in May.
