Hernandez's remains were found in the trunk of D4vd's Tesla in Los Angeles in September 2025, and a judge ruled in July 2026 that the evidence was sufficient for the case to proceed to trial.
D4vd also faces charges including lewd acts with a child under 14 and mutilating human remains, but no trial date has been set.
