Three early homers did the damage: Christian Yelich hit a three-run shot in the first, then Jackson Chourio and William Contreras went deep in the second to build a 6-0 lead off Kevin Gausman.
Logan Henderson carried that cushion through five-plus innings, allowing two hits and one unearned run with six strikeouts to improve to 10-3 as the Brewers reached 91-56.
The game tightened only in the ninth, when Brandon Sproat walked four of five batters and Chicago scored five runs before Abner Uribe struck out BJ Murray with the tying run at the plate.
The sweep gave Milwaukee a 9-4 season-series edge over Chicago and pushed the club to a franchise-record-tying 35 games over .500.
