West Hollywood photos this week showed 66-year-old Judd Nelson in a rare public outing, with a long beard and long hair that made the former Brat Pack star hard to recognize.
Nelson was photographed riding a motorcycle with yellow rims and accents, dressed casually in camo pants, a red-and-blue flannel shirt, a long black coat and black sunglasses.
The sighting revives attention on Nelson’s uneasy relationship with his 1980s Brat Pack image; in March 2024 he said the label wrongly painted his generation as entitled and unprofessional.
That distance carried into Andrew McCarthy’s 2024 documentary "Brats," which Nelson declined to join, saying he did not see the group as a real, lasting circle.
