Dolby Vision 2 began rolling out on select Hisense TVs on Aug. 6, while HDR10+ Advanced launched on select Samsung sets last month, opening a new HDR standards fight in consumer TVs.
Support remains narrow: Dolby Vision 2 is confirmed only on Peacock, CANAL+ and iQIYI, while HDR10+ Advanced is currently available only through Prime Video.
