Nicole Fusaro was identified by law enforcement as the 27-year-old woman investigators say Raymond “R.C.” Horsch strangled to death in a video recovered from an Olney home.
The identification grew out of the wider Chew Avenue investigation triggered after Eugene Horsch’s June traffic stop, which uncovered fake federal badges and the ID of a missing woman.
Police sources say Fusaro, reported missing from Kensington in 2018, is one of five missing women linked to the property; Maribel Fresses, 22, and Gabrielle Amarando, 27, were previously identified from digital evidence.
Investigators are still reviewing more than 600,000 images, 70,000 videos and 10,000 pages of writings, while no bodies of the missing women have been recovered and no homicide charges have been filed in the deaths.
