$6,651 will be deducted from Arizona Cardinals backup cornerback Kei'Trel Clark after the NFL ruled his “Glory Be 2 God” eyeblack violated game-day uniform rules.
The league told Clark by email that players cannot display unapproved personal messages in writing or illustration while visible to stadium or TV audiences, including during warmups and postgame interviews.
Clark, whose 2026 salary-cap number is $1,197,150, appeared to question the penalty on Instagram but said, “I’ll always give God the Glory ... All good.”
The fine follows another this week: Houston Texans linebacker Azeez Al-Shaair was docked $11,492 for writing the name of Hind Rajab on his eyeblack, signaling renewed NFL enforcement of the policy.
