West Ham, Millwall Set to Miss 11 Players in Dockers Derby

Eleven players are expected to miss Saturday's Dockers Derby at The Den, with Millwall carrying the heavier injury burden ahead of West Ham's first meeting with the Lions since 2012.
Nine absences appear to hit Millwall, where Alex Neil is without Romaine Esse, Josh Coburn, Mihailo Ivanovic, Tristan Crama, Ryan Leonard and Casper de Norre, while Alfie Doughty, Lukas Jensen and Mathis Servais are also not ready.
West Ham's concerns are lighter but still significant: Joel Veltman is a serious doubt after coming off against Wrexham, and Tomas Soucek has yet to play this season after a thigh injury despite returning to training.
That imbalance strengthens West Ham's chance to extend their Championship promotion push, especially with Millwall already stretched enough to name a bench against Middlesbrough featuring five players aged 20 or younger.
