Instagram posts from February 2025 threatened Lindy Li with a lawsuit after she alleged a cover-up of Joe Biden’s cognitive and political decline during the 2024 campaign, Li said.
Li, a former DNC fundraiser, said she preserved screenshots before the post was deleted a day later and argued the threat was meant to intimidate her into silence.
Photos Li shared with Fox News Digital were offered to rebut Ashley Biden’s claim that she did not know her, with Li saying they had met multiple times.
Li said retaliation followed her public calls for Biden to step aside, costing her White House access and contact with the former president after years of regular invitations.
Her lawyers, Li said, viewed any suit as unlikely because discovery could expose more internal details about concerns over Biden’s condition; Ashley Biden’s representatives did not immediately respond.
