Denver judges heard arguments Monday on whether to revive alumnae claims that Kappa Kappa Gamma improperly admitted transgender student Artemis Langford to its University of Wyoming chapter.
Plaintiffs Allie Coghan and Hannah Holtmeier say national leaders bypassed normal chapter voting in 2022, using non-anonymous Google Forms and pressuring members who opposed the admission.

Coghan said the dispute turned the house into a "political war zone," with Langford given 24/7 access to common areas near showers and some members using lookouts in hallways.
