Clavicular Faces 3 Massachusetts Charges Over 2025 Alleged Rape and Drugging

Cape Cod prosecutors filed three charges against Clavicular — rape, drugging a person for sex and providing alcohol to a minor — over an alleged May 23, 2025 incident; his arraignment is set for Oct. 14.
The 20-year-old streamer is Braden Peters, and the court filing appears to align with an April civil suit in Florida by Alorah Ziva, who accused him of sexual misconduct and said she was a minor during encounters in Cape Cod.
Peters' representative told The Hollywood Reporter he has not been physically served and accused The Bulwark of overstating the case, while Peters posted messages and videos on X that he said undermined the accuser's claims.
If convicted, Peters could face up to 20 years on the rape count; he was separately charged in April in Florida over a video showing him shooting an alligator in the Everglades.
