She’s Alive, LLC sued Seaver on Sept. 22, alleging he threatened to damage Dolly Parton’s brand partnerships unless paid and made violent threats against staff, advisers and business partners.
The lawsuit and temporary restraining order came a day after Seaver was terminated as head of security, a role he had held in Dolly Parton’s orbit for more than 20 years.
Seaver, who announced his aunt’s Aug. 25 death, told TMZ on Sept. 21 that actions by manager Danny Nozell and Pinnacle Bank were unexplained and taken in bad faith.
