At least 14 people died when a military plane crashed in Kenge while returning to Kinshasa from Kikwit, with no survivors reported.
Two of the dead were Lieutenant General Mutombo Katalayi Tiende, head of the military court, and Lieutenant General Bakumi Likulia, auditor general of the armed forces.
