Fox Poll Shows 34% of Voters Rank Cost of Living No. 1 Before Midterms

Trump’s standing on affordability remains weak across surveys: Fox put his overall approval at 39% and inflation approval at 24%, while Reuters/Ipsos found 17% approval on cost of living and 32% overall.
Democrats held a 15-point trust advantage on inflation in the Fox poll, though respondents backing Democrats were slightly more likely to say Republicans had failed than to express confidence Democrats would lower prices.
