Natalia Silva Faces Wang Cong for Vacant UFC Flyweight Title on CBS at 8 p.m.

Q: What hidden special teams weapon truly saved the Browns from Aaron Rodgers' vintage Thursday night comeback attempt?

The hidden special-teams weapon was punter Corey Bojorquez. While Andre Szmyt delivered the winning 56-yard field goal, Bojorquez’s work is what helped keep Cleveland alive long enough to survive Aaron Rodgers’ late push. He repeatedly flipped field position in a tight game, most notably with an 81-yard punt from deep in Browns territory and another kick that was downed at the Steelers’ 1-yard line. Those punts forced Pittsburgh to operate on a longer field and bought Cleveland critical margin as Rodgers heated up in the fourth quarter. Bojorquez finished with a 62.8-yard average on four punts, an enormous number in a one-possession divisional game. So the Browns’ special-teams edge was not just the game-winner off Szmyt’s foot. It was Bojorquez’s leg all night — the field-flipping punt weapon that quietly helped save Cleveland from Rodgers’ vintage comeback attempt.
