Luke Daley, 37, Is Arrested Again on Drug and Firearm Charges

Summary
Pima County booked Luke Daley into its adult detention complex on Sept. 30 on drug and firearm charges, months after he was briefly detained in the Nancy Guthrie abduction investigation.
Authorities said the new arrest is unrelated to Guthrie’s case; Daley’s lawyer had earlier said he had no link to the kidnapping and no information about it.
Daley already faced pending drug and weapons charges and was on probation in another drugs-and-firearms case, with prosecutors now seeking to revoke that probation.
Nancy Guthrie, 84, has been missing since Feb. 1, no suspect has been publicly identified, and more than $1.2 million in reward money remains unclaimed.
