$3,799.99 pre-orders for Dell's XPS 16 Creator Edition are live at Best Buy, with first deliveries expected on October 16 and Dell sales to follow on its own site.
The listed configuration pairs Nvidia's 18-core N1X chip and 5,120 GPU cores with 32GB of unified LPDDR5X memory and a 512GB PCIe SSD, aimed at creative workloads and local AI tasks.
Dell adds a 16-inch 3.2K Tandem OLED touchscreen with 120Hz refresh, a 99Wh battery, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0 and ports including three USB4, HDMI 2.1b and a full-size SDXC reader.
The launch puts Dell into Nvidia's RTX Spark laptop field alongside Asus and MSI, but the XPS 16 starts $1,000 above Asus's $2,799.99 ProArt P16 while offering lower display resolution and HDR brightness.
