Summary
A Yandex data center in Vladimir east of Moscow was completely halted Sunday after a Ukrainian drone strike, the third hit on the Russian tech giant's facilities in four days.
The shutdown damaged infrastructure and triggered outages across Yandex services, with users in dozens of Russian cities and in Kazakhstan, Belarus and Armenia unable to order taxis or access banking services.
Yandex said no one was injured; its sites in Ryazan and Kaluga were also struck on Thursday and Friday as Kyiv widened attacks on infrastructure deep inside Russia.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Ukraine would stop striking Russian oil refineries if Moscow stopped hitting Ukraine's energy grid, framing any de-escalation as reciprocal and guaranteed.
The exchange came after Donald Trump blamed Zelenskyy for high U.S. diesel prices and urged new Ukrainian leadership, while Kyiv says Russia alone bears responsibility for the war.
