Summary
Mike Evans delivered the decisive plays in San Francisco’s 29-26 win over Seattle, scoring a first-quarter touchdown and supplying four catches for 75 yards on the go-ahead drive.
A two-point conversion from Brock Purdy to Evans provided the final margin, capping a performance in which Evans also converted a key third down before his opening score.
Fred Warner called Evans “unreal” after the game, praising the veteran receiver for dominating despite playing through a rib injury.
Through the 49ers’ 5-0 start, Evans has 24 catches for 326 yards and three touchdowns after joining San Francisco as a free agent this offseason.
