Summary
A 160 km/h speed cap was imposed overnight on Starlink terminals in Ukraine, and a defence ministry source said it is significantly complicating logistics, unmanned systems and strike missions.
Serhiy Beskrestnov, a Zelensky adviser, said troops were not warned and that several missions were already disrupted; he called Starlink crucial for intercepting Russia's new jet-propelled drones.
SpaceX has not commented. The restrictions surfaced as Zelensky said Washington had threatened limits on intelligence sharing over Donald Trump's proposed energy ceasefire, which Trump later denied.
Russia launched 39 missiles and 128 drones overnight, killing 3 people in Kyiv and leaving at least 600,000 without power, despite Trump's claim that an energy ceasefire was in place.
The second straight night of missile strikes on Kyiv comes before Zelensky's talks in London on accelerating air-defence supplies, with Ukraine still heavily reliant on US-linked systems for alerts and targeting.
