EndowusAI Drives Millions in Investments, Cutting 1,000 Monthly Support Tickets

Summary
EndowusAI has been live since mid-2026, generating several million dollars of additional in-app investments while deflecting more than 1,000 support tickets a month, CTO Deepak Sarda said.
Sarda said the tool is aimed less at automating already-digital back-office work and more at helping clients understand portfolios, find suitable solutions and stay aligned with financial goals over 10-, 15- or 20-year horizons.
That approach reflects Endowus's view that agentic AI in onboarding or compliance offers limited return and high risk because much of that work is already automated.
Endowus wants the AI to guide clients proactively as markets or cash flow change, but within the firm's investment principles rather than simply agreeing with user requests.
Sarda said wider adoption of personal AI agents by clients will force wealth firms, technology providers and regulators to adapt how regulated financial advice and access are delivered.
