Summary
Chicago sent 2027 and 2028 first-round picks plus a 2027 fourth-rounder to Tennessee for Jeffery Simmons, with the Bears also receiving a 2028 fifth-round pick.
Simmons arrives after a standout 2025 season in which he posted a career-high 11 sacks, made his fourth Pro Bowl and earned his first first-team All-Pro selection.
That production helped secure a three-year, $105.8 million extension in the offseason, underscoring the premium Chicago paid to add a top interior defender.
The move gives the Bears a major defensive-line upgrade as they push to strengthen a roster chasing its first Super Bowl title since 1985.
