Summary
Roman Reigns pinned Sami Zayn with a spear in Riyadh to win the WWE Crown Jewel Championship, then answered Zayn’s demand for respect with a long in-ring hug instead of a handshake.
“You’re not honorary. You’re an Uso,” Reigns told his former Bloodline ally, capping a match that leaned heavily on their years-long storyline and Zayn’s quest for recognition.
Saudi fans strongly backed Zayn — who won the Undisputed WWE Championship there earlier this year — but Reigns stayed in control late and added the Crown Jewel title and ring to his résumé.
7-time world champion Reigns now heads back to the U.S. with Survivor Series: WarGames looming, where The Bloodline could face fresh pressure from the Royce Keys-led 946 faction.
