13 Ubisoft titles owned digitally on Xbox will appear on PC through Ubisoft Connect by Aug. 4 once players link their Xbox and Ubisoft accounts; new purchases should unlock immediately.
DLC generally transfers with those games, but consumables such as in-game currency stay tied to one platform, and save transfers work only for selected titles that support cross-progression.
The lineup includes Assassin's Creed Mirage and Valhalla, Far Cry 6, Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, Rainbow Six Siege and Watch Dogs Legion, but newer Assassin's Creed releases such as Shadows are excluded.
The promotion runs one way only: Ubisoft Connect purchases do not unlock matching Xbox versions, underscoring Microsoft's push to broaden Xbox game access onto PC rather than full two-way ownership.
