Summary
Honor said its Robot Phone will use a 200MP main camera on a three-axis gimbal, paired with a 200MP periscope and 50MP ultrawide module.
A 1/1.28-inch sensor, f/1.6 aperture and Honor’s Yuguang H1 image processor underpin the main camera, while a 2.6-gram custom gimbal motor is claimed to be 65% smaller and 35% denser in torque.
Arri-backed video features include native Log-C3 encoding, on-device LUT color grading and a dedicated Cinema mode designed to mimic Arri camera output.
Honor also said the device carries more than 100 patents; the phone is expected to launch on August 12 with a 6.3- to 6.4-inch display, Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip and 6,000mAh battery.
