$100,000 was advanced by Antony Antoniou to help PK Kemsley cure mortgage delinquencies, but Antoniou says Dorit Kemsley later refused to sign a sale stipulation needed to secure repayment.
In a July 29 declaration, Antoniou said he learned in March 2022 that the couple had cash-flow problems and a "fractured and stressed" relationship, then began making loans to support PK and his family.
Antoniou said the Los Angeles mansion carried two mortgages and that he advised PK to let the property default and be sold, but PK instead borrowed funds to try to preserve the home for his children.
The filing also alleges PK paid $300,000 toward arrears, including Antoniou's loan, and that Dorit rejected PK's offer to move into a rented home near the children's schools.
The claims add to the couple's post-separation court fight after their May 2024 split; Dorit has previously disputed PK's portrayal of her spending and said he controlled the finances during the marriage.
