A 98/100 “Trump Derangement Syndrome Assessment” image on Truth Social showed Rosie O'Donnell at a “critical level” after she said Trump was “very physically ill” and “doesn't look like he's long for this earth.”
O'Donnell made the remarks on Kara Swisher's podcast and also sang a parody song mocking Trump, escalating a feud that has run for decades.
The AI image echoed a video Trump released last month in which he played a doctor “diagnosing” several celebrities with TDS, again including O'Donnell.
After Trump's 2024 win, O'Donnell moved to Ireland for what she called self-preservation and sought Irish citizenship; Trump later threatened to strip her U.S. citizenship, which he cannot do.
O'Donnell is set to guest-host “Jimmy Kimmel Live” for a week later this month, likely giving the clash a new public stage.
