Canton, Ohio hosted Luke Kuechly’s Gold Jacket moment Friday night, with former Panthers teammate Julius Peppers placing the Pro Football Hall of Fame jacket on Hall of Famer No. 386.
Peppers called Kuechly fully deserving of the honor and said he wanted to be there because he was one of Kuechly’s few existing Panthers connections already in the Hall.
120 Hall of Famers attended the dinner, where Kuechly was joined onstage by family and surrounded by former teammates including Cam Newton, Greg Olsen and Ryan Kalil.
The ceremony also linked Kuechly to the rest of the 2026 class — Larry Fitzgerald, Drew Brees, Adam Vinatieri and Roger Craig — as fans broke into a 'Keep Pounding' chant.
