October 1 will bring Ghost of Yotei’s paid “Echoes of Sekigahara” expansion and “Most Wanted” single-player roguelike mode, sold as a $14.99 upgrade or in a $69.99 Complete Edition.
Echoes of Sekigahara follows Atsu across present-day Ezo and flashbacks to the Battle of Sekigahara, adding Nagato, a new valley tied to the Vipers, plus new enemies, heavy weapons, armor sets and dyes.
Most Wanted turns combat into bounty-based runs where kills earn perks and unlock playable characters, including Atsu with dual katana, Oyuki with a kusarigama and Nagato with a yari.
September 30 preorders of the Complete Edition include Sakai Armor and Digital Deluxe content, while the release lands one day before the game’s first anniversary on October 2.
The update expands a title that already added co-op Legends in March and remains one of PlayStation’s stronger first-party sellers despite no further major Legends updates.
