Roku Launches AI Creator TV With 24/7 App-Generated Shows and 100 Filmmakers

Roku has added AI Creator TV to its free streaming lineup at channel No. 300, offering round-the-clock AI-generated films, series and ads featuring synthetic performers.
Fairground, a year-old studio behind the channel, says it curates work from more than 100 AI filmmakers and pitches the service as a way to broaden access for digital creators.
Much of the programming reworks public-domain characters such as Cinderella, Sherlock Holmes, Dracula and Pinocchio, alongside AI-made animation and faux-documentary formats.
The launch extends AI-generated video from social platforms into FAST television, testing whether curated AI entertainment can attract mainstream viewers and advertisers.
