Nearly 100 pages of lore—up from about 40 in the 2024 book—restore a full bestiary and expand background on units and characters including Ghazghkull Thraka.
A new collector’s guide outlines six key detachments for new players, while the codex supports 15 detachments overall for broader army-building options.
The book shifts to a smaller 180mm-by-250mm softback in a slipcase, with a Collector’s Edition hardback also offered.
When the codex launches, Orks Legends rules will join the app for the first time, putting classic and current units in one place as Games Workshop pushes ongoing edition updates.
