But separate documentation tied to the same Redmi model mentions a 9,210 mAh minimum rated capacity. That gap matters: phone brands often advertise a rounded “typical” capacity, while regulators and certification databases list the lower guaranteed minimum. So if Poco uses “10,000 mAh,” it would likely be describing the nominal or marketed figure, not necessarily what every unit is certified to deliver at minimum. That is common industry practice, not necessarily deceptive on its own. What would make it misleading is if buyers assume the certified capacity is exactly 10,000 mAh when it may be closer to 9,210 mAh.
