Honor Opens MagicOS Widget Platform With 60 Lock Screen Tools Across 55 Scenarios

Honor said MagicOS now supports 60 lock screen widgets spanning 55 usage scenarios, extending the feature beyond system apps to third-party services.
The company has also opened its Developer Service Platform to public developers, aiming to add more external widgets and build out the MagicOS lock screen ecosystem.
Top third-party widgets already include AliPay, Baidu, Kugou Concept Edition, Tomato ToDo and Shanbay English Words, giving users one-tap access to lifestyle and productivity functions.
Honor first introduced lock screen widgets with MagicOS 10 in April and has since expanded them to more devices, with MagicOS 11.0 based on Android 17 now in development.
