Safari on iPhone can store Reading List articles directly on the device, letting users open saved pages without Wi-Fi or mobile data.
Settings > Safari > Reading List includes an "Automatically Save Offline" option that downloads content as soon as users add a page to the list.
Share-sheet saving keeps the feature simple: users tap Share on a webpage, choose Add to Reading List, then find the downloaded pages in Safari bookmarks.
Offline Reading List differs from a standard bookmark because the article data is saved in advance, making it useful on planes, trains, subways and while traveling abroad.
