Pasqal, Eleven Ventures Launch Pasqal Arabia to Deploy Multiple Quantum Systems in Saudi Arabia

Pasqal and Eleven Ventures have created Pasqal Arabia, a new commercial venture that will deploy multiple quantum computing systems in Saudi Arabia and the wider MENA region.
HRH Prince Abdulaziz Bin Turki Bin Talal will chair the board, with the partners framing the move as part of Saudi Arabia’s push to become a regional quantum hub under Vision 2030.
The venture plans to place quantum systems inside the Kingdom over the coming years, offer commercial access to the infrastructure, and build local talent rather than rely on overseas capacity.
Pasqal, founded in 2019, says it has about 300 employees and more than 25 clients and partners, including Saudi Aramco and LG Electronics.
The announcement came during Saudi Arabia’s state visit to France, underscoring broader Saudi-French cooperation in quantum computing and artificial intelligence.
