Samsung said its new “Share with iOS devices” feature will spread beyond the Galaxy S26 and Z Fold 8 and Z Flip 8 lineup to additional Galaxy phones.
Quick Share now lets supported Galaxy devices send files directly to Apple devices, giving Samsung users a more AirDrop-like way to exchange photos, videos and other files with iPhone owners.
Samsung has not said whether the rollout will include older flagships, premium mid-range models or both, though its wording points first to more flagship Galaxy phones.
The move builds on One UI 9 updates to Smart Switch and Quick Share that already added QR-based iPhone transfers and reduced friction for users switching to Galaxy or staying connected across ecosystems.
