Berkeley County Library to Host Free Estate Planning Talk on Oct. 19

Moncks Corner Library will host Law Talk: Wills, Probate, and Estate Planning on Oct. 19, 2026, from 5 to 6 p.m. as a free public legal education session.
Michelle J. Weil, Esquire, will present the program, which is co-hosted by the Berkeley County Library System and the South Carolina Bar.
30- to 45-minute presentations in the Law Talk series are led by licensed South Carolina volunteer attorneys or judges and end with a brief Q&A.
