Video from a Milwaukee Panda Express purportedly shows an employee standing on a fryer and spraying cleaner while food was being cooked below.
Paul Elisha Finger, who recorded the footage in early July, said he saw the worker climb onto the fryer just after another employee had placed food into it.
The clip also shows a female employee reaching through the cleaner’s legs to drop a bowl of food into a fry basket as the exhaust hood area was being wiped.
FOX Business said it had sought comment from Panda Express, the family-owned chain founded in 1983 that says it operates more than 2,600 locations worldwide.
