Initial access is being staged for national cyber authorities, critical infrastructure operators and core technology platforms, with participants required to restrict use to internal security teams and enforce controls such as multi-factor authentication.
Google said the program aims to give trusted defenders time to harden systems before attackers exploit new AI capabilities, while broader access remains available through CodeMender on Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform using public models.
The launch fits Google’s wider cyber-resilience push, which includes more than $100 million in Google.org cybersecurity funding globally and $36 million for 35 U.S. cyber clinics serving over 1,250 hospitals, school districts and utilities.
