Summary
Episode 8 ends with Eddie capturing Gospel John Dixon, exposing brother Freddy's role in attacks on the family, and forcing Freddy to decapitate Dixon with a chainsaw in a van.
Isabella's death in a seaplane explosion and the abduction of Charly's baby drive Eddie's revenge spree, until he realizes Freddy and Dixon—not Bobby Glass—were behind both crimes.
Bobby briefly appears to be the target after a captive claims he ordered the hit, but Susie tells Eddie Bobby had instead bought his debt from Stanley Johnston, and Eddie stops an assassination attempt in time.
Season 2 closes with Freddy emerging blood-soaked and hysterical, underscoring Eddie's turn toward greater ruthlessness as the crime story expands beyond Britain.
Netflix had already confirmed a third season two weeks before Season 2 premiered, though no release date has been announced after the 2.5-year gap between the first two seasons.
