A Fulton County grand jury indicted 15-year-old Kroy Biermann Jr. on seven felony counts, including aggravated child molestation, aggravated sodomy, aggravated sexual battery and false imprisonment.
Investigators say he restrained a 15-year-old girl and forced sexual acts in a family changing room at Life Time Fitness in Alpharetta after meeting her at the facility's café on April 23.
Aug. 17 marked his arrest in the case, while medical testing after the encounter found no male DNA on the girl, according to the report.
Kim Zolciak has called the allegations reckless, said her son passed a voluntary polygraph and denied he was involved; his next court hearing is set for Sept. 8.
