Judge Orders ICE to Halt Action Against Springfield Man for 14 Days

Court filings allege officers swerved a vehicle toward Moorman’s car, took close-range photos or scans of his face and vehicle, and repeatedly blasted a horn while shouting his name.
The suit also says three ICE vehicles boxed him in through a parking lot, prompting an SOS message to community members, before officers later drove to and photographed his home.
