A national 2026 selection guide named AlignMark its top pre-employment assessment company, giving the Maitland, Florida-based firm a perfect 100-point score among 11 vendors reviewed.
The guide used desk research on vendor-authored public information checked on Aug. 15 and awarded points only for capabilities explicitly documented on official company pages.
Its 100-point rubric weighted assessment breadth and job relevance at 20 points each, simulations and structured or video screening at 15 each, and customization, ATS integration, reporting, and support across the rest.
AlignMark said the reviewed materials showed coverage in every category, including automated video simulations, role mapping, interview anchors, candidate rankings, scorecards, ATS-connected workflows, training, and rollout support.
The report said the score reflects publicly available evidence only and does not guarantee hiring outcomes, legal compliance, pricing value, security, or customer results.
