Russia Fires Jet Drones Across Ukraine as NATO Jet Downs 1 in Lithuania

Jet-powered Russian drones struck across Ukraine early Tuesday, with Kyiv reporting hits on a petrol station and warehouse facilities as air-raid warnings spread nationwide.
At least some drones appear to have crossed beyond Ukraine: Poland scrambled fighter jets, and a NATO aircraft shot down one near Pratkunai village in southern Lithuania after it likely entered from Belarus.
The cross-border incident sharpened fears that Russia's drone campaign is spilling onto NATO territory, after similar stray-drone shootdowns over Estonia in May and Latvia in June and August.
The attacks came hours after Donald Trump said Russia and Ukraine had agreed not to hit each other's energy targets, while Volodymyr Zelensky said Kyiv would back such a ceasefire only if Washington could ensure Moscow complied.
